Does anyone remember the baby doll that came in a corn husk?

Its been forever since i had this little baby doll. But i can still remember what she looked like. She came in a corn husk and had purple "clothes" although it was more like her skin. Her body was very soft. But her head and her hands were plastic. She smelt amazing! She was very little. But not too little. I cant remember what they called her.She was kinda like the cabbage patch kids but isn't. It was in the 1990's im not sure which date though.I've searched and im so depressed. Help please

I suffer from constipation related problem for which I have not found any satisfying cure. To be precise, the problem is hardness of stool, (NOT lack of regular bowel clearing) which sometimes give rise to painful anal fissure. I take lots of vegetables and even Psyllium seed husks (known as isabgol in India, one teaspoonful in half glass of water) every night before going to bed. I go for walk for forty minutes every day. What else should I do to take care of my problem? I am afraid this may in long term give rise to complications like colon cancer. Thanks for suggestions.

Trying to find a specific brand of tamale?

Alright so when I was a little girl probably around 9 and younger my dad would ALWAYS take me across the street to this grocery store called "Nugget". Anyway once we were there he would buy my this great big tamale! I mean this wasn't your average flat tamale it was thicke and it came in a white package... The package was wrapped kind of like candy (you know what I mean? both sides were tied and so it looked like a big piece of candy) The flavors it came in were Turkey, and Beef and this wasn't just any beef it was kind of like roast beef. First of all you had to freeze it and when you got ready to eat it you would fill a bowl with water place the tamale with the wrapper still on it in the water and microwave it. Do windshields get weaker over time?

Recently, I was pissed off and decided to pound the bug on my windshield that was really makin' me mad as I was working on my car... BIG mistake. Now there's a nice crack in it that runs in 3 or 4 directions. I plan on getting it replaced very promptly... But I was wondering. The windshield in the car, until now, was flawless with the exception of a minor chip (The chip was not near the location of the crack) and it was about 12 years old. What should I wear to Global Dance Festival?

Internet randomly times out on my computer but not on anyone elses?

I have BT HomeHub 2 with BT Broadband and I have already been through this with them and they can't find anything wrong with the connection at all. So it is prob something or some setting on my computer. I am using Vista Home Premium 32, and the problem has been happening for about 6months or so, it never did before but I can't think what changed. Basically I will be browsing the internet and then it will randomly disconnect, if I am opening another tab, changing website or just sat there doing nothing. It won't show it has been disconnected on the little global/computer on bottom right taskbar, but the webpage will come up on google chrome, or internet explorer or even firefox saying can not connect etc. And I have to wait about 30secs refresh the page and it loads again. It is starting to get annoying and I have no idea what is doing it. Any help would be great!

How long has it been this way? Are you still feeding it the baby formula as well as the seed? If it eats seeds ok on it's own the "several times a day" feedings of any wet food should slowly be reduced to a few (day-time) feedings only. Now is the time to start introducing some green foods. Steamed broccoli, cooked frozen peas (a must!), kale, bib or romaine lettuces, squash, shredded carrots, apples, pears, melons, and sprouted seeds and grains*. Pellets can be fruity flavored or not and tiny, and may be easier to feed. (No avocado, onion, cabbage or olives. These are toxic. Little spinach if ever, it's an iron thing). These* are soft foods can help to not pack the crop. They may be a bit timid by this new food, but they will figure it out. It is important to teach them about this stuff now or they will not like it much later. They will eat what they like, like any other fussy child. Organic baby food, no sugar, is a good way to give her some fruits and veggies, as a treat, (in moderation). Fresh is always best. Now, If she poops normally and it is regular, it is probably engorging itself. This is common. As long as the food passes eventually, it should be fine. BUT, Impaction can happen if you feed it too much. Some young birds stuff themselves to the point that they have to have their crop manipulated. You obviously had your hand there to see that the crop was distended and hard. Give her enough CLEAN water, and hold off on the food till the crop goes down. This will tell you if it is being a little greedy at the lunch counter or if there may be an impaction. It is not unusual for a young bird to stuff down! It is your place to be sure it does not do this too much. If it doesn't go down in about an hour or two, then keep an eye on it. If it is still impacted you can VERY GENTLY manipulate the crop and move the seeds a bit. GENTLY!!!!!!! If you are not sure what to do, then you can call your vet. You have one don't you? I always recommend you have an avian vet chosen, 24 hr. vet better, and keep it by the phone for emergencies. This will keep you from being flustered when you need one in a hurry. Simple as a few phone calls and it's free! Like I said, reducing the feedings will help, a little bit at a time. I hope this will help. There are many others on this site, that I admire, who will also give great answers. Any practical and good advice is a learning tool! Look up great videos on You Tube too. Free lessons! I hope this will help and your bird is not too stuffed. If still in doubt, see the vet!

Annoying bathing suit problem!?

I'm a 34 D, but you would never guess that I am. It's weird. I think im a D cup cuz my boobs are extremely close together. Like there's literally no gap so I need a bigger cup to get more coverage. Ughh I hate it. So every bikini top I try on doesn't cover anything. It just squishes my boobs together and its just veryyyy unattractive. And even if I get a large, there will be enough coverage but the band will be way to big and there is like no support whatsoever. Is there a bathing suit I can get that will support and separate? What to use coconut husks for?

you can fill them with soil and make little hanging planters by drilling 3 holes close to the edge or "rim" of the coconut, for outside in on the patio. Or little hanging bird feeders :) The husk can be used for many art projects, but makes a fantastic addition to the compost (i compost by way of the worm and always throw it in there)

Soft stool in rabbit but not runny should I be worried?

I don't think it's a symptom of snuffles. Snuffles is very similar to our common cold. Is he only doing this at night? If so it could just be night copulation which is perfectly normal in rabbits. Make sure that you aren't giving him any fruits or veggies yet because those do tend to cause diarrhea in young rabbits. He shouldn't be getting any fruits or veggies for about another month. You can treat it by giving him a little bit of oats every night. Rolled oats, you can get the at the grocery store they are relatively inexpensive. Make sure the ONLY ingredient is rolled oats, we usually used the old fashioned rolled oats. You could also give him a little bit of grass hay to nibble on. That seems to help too. But don't give him any fresh greens/grass, and don't give him alfalfa hay. It's too high in protein and a young rabbits digestive system is very sensitive.

Well, anyways, I just got past the East Auditorium and I killed the translator guy and got the ram key thing or whatever its called. All I know is it lights up blue when I put it in the door. And when I open the door, there is a treasure chest that changes colors from green to blue. And beside that is a moving wall of spikes. There is also another wall that looks similar, but has this little round thing with some symbol I can't remember. Anyways, well both walls move towards me and I get stuck in there and eventually get squished. What do I do?

How can i put a lock on my Kitchen Fridge to keep out my flatmates?

Yes I suppose you could, just use a basic padlock. Bolt it to the side of the fridge door and keep the key with you all the time. I'm not sure drilling holes in the fridge would be the best thing though. You can always move it to your room though!

Have Scientists Been Able to Account for Every Factor In climate change*?

Japan has a climate change super computer but even it can't account for everything. Just like the sun shutting down this year, first time they ever recorded it so they think it could cause a mini ice age but they don't know for sure. They also can't account for sun spots or other celestial events that can raise or lower the earths Temperature like a quasar pointing at the earth and flooding our system with radiation . There are many other factors like volcano's and earth quakes that can change the ocean floor and change ocean currents and the jet stream above the earth , they can guess but they don't know for sure. It's like the heat wave in the 60's in New York and New Jersey they don't mention there was the watts riots due to the 105 degree weather back then and here we are having it warm again, also look at the floods we are having right now. If what they say is true with all the floods why is the ocean not rising? I went to a country that built a church right on the ocean Beach in 1537 and it has never flooded so you tell me is the ocean rising? no but this is a way to control the U.S. and allow other countries to get rich and stifle our economy. the tamales take AT LEAST an hr to be fully cooked....especially if they have meat in them. And for the dough (masa=moss-awe)...how i prepare the dough is by adding lard, bakin powder, and salt. If you drop a piece of the dough into a cup of water and the dough floats, then it is ready. However, i buy my tamales' unprepared dough from a tortilleria. You can also ask for prepared dough so you won't have to go through all that work.

Morning Glory heads, does this make any sense or is my logic flawed?

I've read that the outer husks of morning glory seeds is what causes the infamous nausea that comes with ingestion. I've also read that the chemical in the husks that causes the nausea is soluble in water. So my question is A. Is this information correct? and B. If you soak the seeds before grinding them up in water for an extended period of time will that get rid of the "nausea chemical"? or is my knowledge of chemistry as bad as i suspect and i am therefor coming off like a tard???

All of that sounds fairly normals. Especially if he's a young gecko, he isn't going to eat too much. Try cutting the fruit into really small bites and make sure you get everything dusted well. Other than that, just give him a little time. Substrate and moss are usually fine and don't cause impaction nearly as frequently or severely as sand, but if you want to, you could switch to reptile felt. This can be purchased at most major pet stores. You'll need to be a little more on top of the tank humidity, as it doesn't hold as much moisture, but it should be fine. Alternately, you could build a little moisture box out of some tupperware and put your moss in their. That way your gecko can seek out the moisture when he needs it. Incoming tooth/popcorn husk stuck in gum and tooth.?

This morning my son noticed he had a what looked to be a corn husk stuck between his tooth and gum. When i got a flashlight it did not really look that much like a popcorn husk. The reason I suspected it was a popcorn husk was because we had movie night last night. He also has a bit of his adult tooth coming in. The tooth the "popcorn husk" is stuck by is the wisdom tooth i think, it is the tooth right before the molar. The popcorn husk is on the outside so I was thinking it could be part of the incoming adult tooth? I'm not sure and well answers are appreciated.

i can think of a way that they are connected, i believe that this means that you feel the need to protect and help people(the mice) but you cannot help them all. i would reccomend trying to apply for a medical school. because you want to help them but you will already understand that you cant save every patient (mouse)

How can I work live moss into my foam background in vivarium?

I am making a foam background for my vivarium. I used great stuff, covered it with silicone and added peat moss mix and coco fiber to the silicone. I found some live moss outside (I have quarantined it) I want to attach it to the wall but I am not sure how. I know with epithetic bromeliads you can just silicone them on and they will thrive. Can you do that with moss or staple it. Any suggestions would help. Also I have not been to successful with moss in the past. I have always gotten the stuff you buy dormant and then "bring back to life" I always kill it. I am hoping since I have live moss it will do better but I would love some suggestions on that too. Gonna try to keep it in the shady parts of the tank and mist it. I think my problem in the past was my soil being to soggy which is something I am hoping to change by adding coco husk chips to my peat moss coco fiber mix. Even with my false bottom that stuff stayed pretty soggy. Anyway, I have had a vivarium for about a year now but I am new to the foam background thing. I would love any input on the matter. Thanks.

I use coconut husk and like the way it looks. My corn snake burrows in it just like the aspen. Its all in what you prefer, both work great.
